On June 11th 2011 we announced the "My Design for My Planet" contest for designers and all creatives. We wanted to give everyone an opportunity to visually express their views on environmental issues, nature and sustainability.
The contest closed on September 23rd 2011, and we have received over 80 entries, from all over the world - Philippines, Croatia, USA, Serbia, United Kingdom, Italy, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, India, just to name a few.
Today we proudly present you all entries for poster design, T-shirt and tote design, product design and general design, and we invite you to vote (by selecting one of the boxes below each entry "great, interesting, cool"), comment and share these amazing creative works! You can browse through all the designs HERE.
This Friday, September 30th, we will also share with you all video works we have received (takes a bit of time to format them all).
We will be choosing the best design in two categories - 1/ video and 2/poster/apparel/general design
The voting will be open until October 31st 2011, midnight Central European Time. The final decision about the winning designs will be made by our hosting designers / sponsors, but the entries that receive the most "public" votes/comments will be also eligible for a prize.
The winners will be announced during the Green Screen Fest, in Belgrade, Serbia, this November.
All entries will make a part of a joint exhibition that will be held in Split, Croatia in the summer of 2012. We will notify each contestant with details and further information.
